Privacy at HaloReply

HaloReply helps businesses answer questions from their own websites. This page describes the product's technical baseline and must be reviewed with correct business details before public launch.

What is processed?

Workspace and account details, website content the customer asks HaloReply to read, and any conversations sent to the widget. IP addresses are used only briefly for temporary usage control and are not used for profiling.

Why is data processed?

Data is used to deliver answers, show sources, enforce subscription limits, and keep the service running. Customer content and conversations are not used to train HaloReply's models.

Storage and deletion

Conversation history follows your plan: the trial includes up to 7 days, Mini 14 days, Starter 30 days and Pro 90 days. You can always choose a shorter period or turn storage off. Deleting an assistant or workspace removes its website content, conversations and settings. Automatic cleanup runs as a protected job.

Subprocessors

HaloReply may use Supabase for sign-in and database, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI or Anthropic for selected AI calls. The final list of vendors, data processing agreements and transfer basis must be completed before production launch.

Your rights

The data controller must document a contact point for access, correction and deletion. Technical deletion is available to the workspace owner in the settings.

This is a product draft, not legal advice.
