Terms of use for HaloReply

HaloReply is a tool for making public website content searchable and available in a chat window. These terms are a technical draft and must be finalized with a legal entity, pricing, support address and governing law before launch.

User responsibility

You must have the right to have the website content you add read and used. Don't use HaloReply for content you don't have a legal basis for, or for automated actions, decisions, or safety-critical advice.

AI answers

Answers are generated from the website's content and may be incomplete. HaloReply is meant to say so when the sources don't cover the question, but the customer must still quality-check content and publishing.

Plans and payment

The trial and paid plans have limits on the number of assistants, pages read per update, and chat requests. Stripe is the source of truth for payments; subscription and access update only once confirmed payment updates have been processed.

Availability and changes

We may limit or suspend access in cases of misuse, security incidents, or missing payment. Material changes to the service or these terms will be communicated before they take effect.
